We asked our team of skilful software engineers what is it about their job at Sympower that they like, read on to see what they have to say about working with the complex nature of their job and aiding the transition towards a more sustainable energy system.

Both Neeme Praks and Jaakob Juurik express that it is the complexity of the electricity system itself that draws them to the job as although it might be complex and challenging they also see it as something fascinating.

This whole electricity system is a crazy complex, and it's very interesting what is going on there

Liilia Namsing also comments that it is the collaborative nature of the job that she enjoys, as she claims that she always feel supported by her teammates

It's a complex system, it's challenging, but in a good way 

Others, such as Alar Aun and Siimo Sulev further remarks that they are inspired by the possibility of working for  a change towards a more sustainable energy system, as Aun believe that by being a part of Sympower he is positive that we can change the world, even if it is just a little bit.
